Mahamaya Pictures makes short-form cinema by whatever technique a film needs. Every title runs through the same release pipeline and carries a real, disclosed record of how it was made.

How a film moves

    Produce

    A film is made and its toolchain is recorded, whatever that toolchain is.

  2. 02

    Festival hold

    The film stays private and goes out to selective festivals on an unlisted screener. No public release until the outcome is known.

  3. 03

    Public release

    The film goes up on YouTube and its page here switches from private to released.

  4. 04

    On the record

    The title is filed with its production company, its credits, and its real toolchain, so the record outlives the upload.

Who is behind it

Founded by Dushyant Kashyap, eighteen years in visual effects production: compositor, pipeline technical director, then principal machine learning engineer. Mahamaya Pictures applies that same production discipline, provenance, credits, and finishing, to films made with newer tools.

What this studio is not

  • Not an AI studio. Generative tools are one production technique among several, not the studio's identity.
  • Not a Higgsfield showcase. Tool names appear in credits and provenance, never in branding.
  • Not a content channel. Cadence follows finished films, not an upload schedule.
